We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in designing, implementing, and maintaining our fiber optic and IT infrastructure, ensuring high-performance and reliable network solutions for our clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and maintain fiber optic networks, routers, switches, and other network equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, including connectivity problems, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities.
• Monitor network performance and implement upgrades to ensure optimal uptime and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support cloud services, managed services, and internet connectivity solutions.
• Conduct site surveys, installations, and testing for new network deployments.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices for network security.
• Provide technical support and documentation for network operations.
• Participate in on-call rotations for emergency network maintenance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in network engineering, preferably with fiber optic and IT infrastructure.
• Proficiency in network protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP), tools (e.g., Cisco, Juniper), and technologies (e.g., VPN, MPLS).
• Strong knowledge of fiber optic systems, broadband internet, and cloud services.
• Certification such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Willingness to travel between Jakarta and Bekasi offices as needed.
